We all want to live well and have a long life. But we don't always do something to achieve it. So what should we do? One of the answers is to have healthy habits. Healthy habits can keep you healthy of course, but they can also make you feel good about yourself and your body.

  • Eat balanced.
  • Stay hydrated.
  • Sleep well (at least 8 hours).

People that follow good habits and have a healthy lifestyle not only live more than other, but also is less prone to diseases like obesity and cardiovascular diseases, among others. Also these people tend to look younger for longer.
